1. Design
If customers can provide CAD files, that’s even better. Otherwise, clear photos, dimensions, and key details are enough. Based on the information you provide, we will create the design, mock-up, and renderings to bring your idea to life.
2. Printing
High definition Artworks will be printed by professional printing machine in eco-friendly ink after order confirmed.
3. Lamination
We will arrange different kinds of paper material combined by lamination machine.
4. Mold Cutting
After adjusting a mold correctly, cutting process will be made by automatic punching machine
5. Quality Controlling
QC workers will examine every product, and the unqualified will be taken out
6. Transportation
Finished products will be transported by sea shipping or air shipping or railway shipping to the destination port or exact address, finally safely to get to customer’s warehouse
